The lightweight Tommy cages feature a high sided bottom pan that retains litter and a heavy wire top.
Tommy cages are also available in a combination package with accessories. When purchased at the same time as your animal, the combination package(s) will save you money!
The Tommy 82 includes two doors that offer easy access from the top or side. The side door can be adjusted so that it hinges on the top or bottom.
As you can see, there is plenty of room in this cage for a wheel and an igloo or a sleeping bag.
Some hedgehogs may try to climb the sides of the cages. If you notice that your hedgehog is a climber, I suggest securing a small piece of plexi-glass or acrylic around the bottom three inches of the cage.

Some hedgehogs may try to climb the sides of the cages. The pan on this cage is deeper than the other Tommy cages, so your hedgehog may not be able to reach the wire. If you do notice that your hedgehog is a climber, I suggest securing a small piece of plexi-glass or acrylic around the bottom three inches of the cage.
