Reservations and Deposits
We sell all of our animals on a first come first serve basis. A majority of our customers choose to put down a deposit to guarantee availability. Orders are filled in the order in which the deposits are received. We sometimes sell out more than a month in advance for gliders and a two weeks in advance for hedgehogs particularly in the spring and fall. We do not keep a waiting list but you are welcome to inquire back if you do not want to commit to a deposit. The deposit is taken off the total amount due when the animal is received.
Reserving a Hedgehog with a Deposit
The deposit for a hedgehog is $10.00. We typically do not reserve a particular hedgehog baby but rather a choice from three to four babies. We prefer for our customers to choose on personality first and color second. We do not reserve babies based on specific colors. Unfortunately we are not able to provide pictures of individual animals since our availability changes almost daily.
Reserving a Sugar Glider with a Deposit
The deposit for sugar gliders is $25.00 per glider. Almost all of our gliders look very similar in color and therefore are most frequently reserved on availability and gender preference. Each glider has their own personality and will react differently to each person. It is impossible to predict how your glider will respond to you in the beginning. We will work with you and your new pets and thoroughly explain the bonding process and procedures we found to work the best.
Deposits
Most of our customers choose to make an online deposit on our secure site using PayPal, Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover or Personal e-checks. This is the quickest method to get a deposit to us and it creates an easy tracking for us. We prefer only the designated deposit amount be sent online. Check or money order can also be mailed to the address listed above.
Final Payments
We accept final payment in the form of cash, VISA and MC. We do NOT accept personal checks. The preferred method of payment is cash and we do give cash discounts. We hold vendor’s licenses in Indiana and Ohio and appropriate sales taxes will be added to all sales.
